Using Pushup Quest
These Terms apply when you use Pushup Quest or its website. The iOS and iPadOS app is also licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA on an issue governed by that EULA, the Apple terms control.
Fitness and health
Pushup Quest is a fitness game, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency service. Use a stable phone position and a clear exercise area. Exercise within your ability. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath beyond normal exertion, or another concerning symptom. Ask a qualified health professional before exercising if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, or another reason to be cautious.
Camera detection
Push-up detection can be affected by lighting, camera angle, device movement, clothing, occlusion, body position, and hardware. Counts, form prompts, streaks, and progress may be inaccurate. Do not rely on the app for medical measurement, injury prevention, competition judging, or emergency decisions.
Age and permission
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If local law requires a parent or guardian to authorize your use of the app, you may use it only with that authorization.
Free access and premium access
The current app lets you capture up to 12 creatures without a premium subscription. An active premium subscription unlocks access to the remaining premium quest content while the subscription is active. Features and content may change as the app develops, subject to applicable law and any commitments shown at purchase.
Subscription prices and renewal
Pushup Quest currently offers a monthly subscription listed at US$4.99 and a yearly subscription listed at US$29.99 in the United States. Your App Store storefront may show a different currency, taxes, or localized price. The price and billing period shown in Apple’s purchase sheet before you confirm are the terms of your purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges your Apple Account and manages renewal. No free trial applies unless Apple’s purchase sheet expressly offers one.
- Manage or cancel at Apple subscription settings.
- Deleting Pushup Quest does not cancel a subscription.
- Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account that made the purchase.
- Refund eligibility and processing are handled by Apple under its policies.
License and acceptable use
You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use Pushup Quest on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s Standard EULA. You may not misuse the app or website, interfere with their operation, bypass access controls, distribute unauthorized copies, or reverse engineer them except where applicable law expressly permits that activity.
Ownership
Pushup Quest, its software, artwork, creature designs, text, branding, and other original content belong to 21 Media LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that content to you.
Availability and changes
We may fix, update, add, remove, or discontinue features and content. The app or website may occasionally be unavailable. We do not promise that every device, camera setup, operating system version, or service will work without interruption.
Our responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Pushup Quest and its website are provided as available, without a promise that detection or content will always be accurate or uninterrupted. 21 Media LLC is not responsible for losses caused by unsafe exercise, failure to follow on-screen and device-safety instructions, unsupported use, or services controlled by Apple or another third party. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending use
You may stop using the app at any time. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through Apple. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the app, users, 21 Media LLC, or legal rights, subject to applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the app, subscriptions, website, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continuing to use the service after an update means the revised Terms apply, except where law requires a different form of consent.
