The camera is not counting my push-ups
Place the phone where the front camera can see your shoulders, elbows, hips, and hands. Keep the phone still, use even lighting, and begin from a straight plank at the top of the movement.
How do I restore my subscription?
Open the premium screen in Pushup Quest and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that originally purchased the subscription.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. You can change or cancel your plan in Apple subscription settings.
Does deleting the app cancel my subscription?
No. Deleting an app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it through Apple subscription settings if you do not want it to renew.

Your workout stays on your device.
21 Media LLC operates Pushup Quest. This policy explains how the current iOS and iPadOS app handles information.
Camera and body pose
Pushup Quest uses the front camera to detect body pose and count push-ups. Camera frames are processed on your device. The app does not upload, store, or share camera footage.
Motion data
The app can use device motion to animate holographic creature cards as you tilt the device. This motion data is processed on the device and is not stored or transmitted to 21 Media LLC.
Progress and preferences
Captured creatures, quest progress, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. The app does not create a user account or transmit this progress to 21 Media LLC. Removing the app removes its locally stored progress from that device.
Photos and sharing
Pushup Quest creates progress and victory cards on your device. A card is saved to Photos or shared with another service only when you choose that action. The service you select through Apple’s share sheet handles the item under its own privacy policy.
Subscriptions
Apple processes subscription purchases. Pushup Quest uses StoreKit to retrieve product information and verify whether an Apple transaction grants premium access. The app does not receive your payment card number. Apple handles purchase and subscription information under Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
The current app does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. It does not track you across apps or websites.
Changes to this policy
If Pushup Quest changes how it handles information, this page will be updated before the new behavior is released when required.
