What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how 21 Media LLC handles information through the Pushup Quest app for iPhone and iPad, the Pushup Quest website, and support email. It reflects the current production app and website.
Camera and body pose processing
Pushup Quest uses the front camera to detect body pose and count push-ups. Apple Vision processes camera frames on your device. Pushup Quest does not upload camera frames or recordings to 21 Media LLC, and it does not save them to your Photos library.
Device motion
The app can read device motion to animate holographic creature cards when you tilt your device. This information is used temporarily on your device. It is not stored or sent to 21 Media LLC.
Progress and preferences
The app stores captured creature identifiers, quest progress, difficulty choices, and your language choice locally on your device. Pushup Quest does not require an account and does not send this progress to 21 Media LLC.
Sharing and Photos
Pushup Quest can create progress and victory images on your device. An image leaves the app only when you choose a destination from Apple’s share sheet. It is saved to Photos only when you select that option. The destination you choose handles the image under its own privacy terms.
Subscriptions
Apple processes purchases and subscription billing. Pushup Quest uses StoreKit to load product information, complete or restore purchases, and verify whether an Apple transaction provides premium access. 21 Media LLC does not receive your payment card number. Apple handles purchase information under Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
The current app has no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. It does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. It does not include a first-party account system or cloud workout history.
The website
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process network information, such as an IP address, browser details, and request metadata, to deliver and protect the site. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and its interactive page runtime from unpkg, so your browser makes requests to those services when you visit the main page. The current site does not include a 21 Media analytics tool, advertising tracker, account system, or contact form.

Support email
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. Please do not send payment card details or camera recordings. Support email is handled outside the app through our email service. We have not set a fixed deletion schedule for support correspondence. You may ask us to delete your correspondence, subject to records we must keep for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Retention and deletion
App progress and preferences remain on your device until you clear or remove them. Deleting the app removes its local data from that device, although an Apple device backup may later restore app data according to your backup settings. Subscription records remain with Apple. Website infrastructure logs and support email are handled as described above.
Children
Pushup Quest does not ask for a birth date and does not knowingly collect personal information through the app. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent personal information by support email can contact us to request deletion.
Your choices and requests
- You can deny camera or motion access in iOS Settings, although related app features will not work.
- You decide whether to share or save a generated progress image.
- You can manage subscriptions through your Apple Account.
- You can contact us to ask about information you sent directly to 21 Media LLC.
Policy changes
If Pushup Quest changes how it handles information, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be presented in the app or through another appropriate notice when required.
