Pushup Quest Support

Get back to the quest.

Help with camera placement, progress, sharing, and Apple subscriptions.

Camera and counting

The camera is not counting my push-ups

Place the phone where the front camera can see your shoulders, elbows, hips, and hands. Keep the phone still, use even lighting, and begin in a straight plank at the top of the movement. Face the front camera rather than setting the phone beside you.

The counter resets

The battle counter has a rest timer between reps. Complete the next push-up before the countdown reaches zero. If the phone moves or loses your pose, reposition it so your upper body and hands are clearly visible.

The app needs camera access

Open iOS Settings, find Pushup Quest, and enable Camera. Push-up battles cannot count motion without camera access.

Progress and sharing

Where is progress stored?

Captured creatures, quest progress, difficulty, and language preferences are stored on your device. Pushup Quest does not currently provide an account or cloud sync.

How does sharing work?

Open a captured creature or completed result and choose Share. Pushup Quest creates the image on your device, then opens Apple’s share sheet so you can choose where it goes.

Subscriptions

How do I restore premium access?

Open the premium screen and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that originally purchased the subscription.

How do I manage or cancel?

Apple handles billing. You can change or cancel a plan in Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

I need a refund

Apple controls App Store refunds. Visit Report a Problem and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
